Why We Created Triangle Education
Choosing the right school or educational pathway is one of the most important decisions a young person will ever make. It is also one of the most overwhelming. School rankings, curricula, future opportunities, finances, family expectations, and countless opinions can make it difficult to answer the question that matters most: What is the right environment for this student?
At Triangle Education, we believe there is no single “best” school or educational facility. Every student has different strengths, ambitions, personalities, and goals. Our role is to help families find the educational environment where each child can thrive academically, personally, and emotionally. Although we come from Australia, Vietnam, and Azerbaijan, our stories all led us to the same belief: education should shape confident, capable, and fulfilled people, not simply prepare them for a career.
Emma: Learning Beyond the Classroom
Emma’s passion for international education began in childhood. Growing up in Papua New Guinea, she attended an international school where classmates came from every corner of the world. Those experiences taught her about different cultures while helping her understand her own identity as an Australian.
After qualifying as a teacher in Australia, she dedicated her career to international education. Throughout the years, she has watched students grow into confident young adults who returned home inspired to improve their communities. Many have gone on to establish organisations, lead projects, and create positive change in their own countries.
Today, Emma evaluates schools around the world. Her experience has taught her that there is no perfect school. Every school has its own culture, philosophy, and strengths. The most important thing is finding the place where a child feels safe, supported, and that they truly belongs, because that is where they reach their full potential.
Chầm: Building Bridges Through Education
Growing up in Vietnam in the years following the war, Chầm learned that education represented opportunity and a better future. Unlike students today, there were no career consultants or educational advisors, and most young people simply followed the expectations of their parents.
Chầm’s journey was different. Inspired by international travellers visiting her hometown, she developed a passion for languages and studied English Translation and Interpreting at the Foreign Languages College of Vietnam National University before continuing with Tourism Management at Hanoi Open University.
Although she never studied abroad herself, student exchange programmes, working alongside Canadian educators on community tourism projects in Sapa, travelling extensively, and building lifelong international friendships broadened her perspective. Today, as both a mother and an educational consultant, she helps students discover themselves before choosing a school, believing every child deserves a pathway that reflects their strengths, ambitions, and personality. Her hope is that every student develops the confidence to explore the world, remains a lifelong learner, and uses those experiences to make a positive difference in their own community.
Emin: Finding Balance Between Expectations and Passion
Originally from Azerbaijan and now living in Berlin, Germany, Emin works as the Head of Procurement for an international import and export company while also running his own comedy production startup. His journey as an international student in the United Kingdom showed him both the opportunities and the challenges of studying abroad.
Like many students, he initially chose an educational pathway shaped more by family expectations than his own interests. Although it seemed like the sensible decision, it left him deeply unhappy. Eventually, he found balance by remaining in business while pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, a field that matched both his strengths and personality.
That experience taught him that the best educational decisions are not about choosing between what parents want and what students want. They are about finding a balance between the two. Today, he helps families create educational pathways that respect both perspectives while preparing students for the realities of life abroad, including independence, cultural adjustment, resilience, friendships, and personal well-being.
Our Promise
Although our journeys began in different countries and under very different
circumstances, they all led us to the same belief. Education is not about chasing prestige or simply attending the highest-ranked school. It is about finding the educational pathway that allows every student to grow academically, emotionally, and personally.
At Triangle Education, we know that no two students are the same. Every child has different talents, ambitions, personalities, and aspirations. We take the time to listen, understand each student’s strengths and each family’s hopes, and help them find the educational pathway that is the right fit for them. Sometimes that means an international school. Sometimes a boarding school, language programme, college oruniversity. What matters most is that the choice supports both the student’s potential and their well-being.
Our goal is not simply to help students gain admission to an educational institution. Our goal is to help them choose the educational pathway that will prepare them not only for academic success, but also for a confident, independent, and fulfilling adult life. Because the right education doesn’t just shape a career. It shapes the person someone becomes.
